The Artezen Hotel is located at New York,US. It is a super hotel with 400 rooms. Our customer Mr.Hoover was looking for a suitable faucet supplier for some bathroom renovations in the hotel, after he browsed our website, our gold sink faucet model K01-6047BNJ caught his eye.
We got his enquiry in January of this year, he told us he had a project on hand and he needed to buy a batch of vanity sink faucets. He likes the design of the gold sink faucet very much, so he bought 3 gold sink faucets as a trial order. After one month, we received feedback from Mr.Hoover, he was satisfied with our sample design and quality. As a supplier specializing in one-stop service for hotel projects, after understanding the needs of customers, we send catalogs of bath fixture products. After reviewing our catalog, Mr.Hoover selected more faucet styles, including two-handle basin faucets, pull-down kitchen faucets and showers, Mr.Hoover ordered a large number of faucets and some bathroom accessories. Finally, we made a deal, this time, Mr.Hoover placed an order for more than $30,000.
Two months later, the production the products was completed and delivered.
In August of this year, Mr.Hoover told us that he wanted to customize bathroom cabinets that looked luxurious and of good quality, through detailed communication again and again, finally we started our third order, although this is just a sample of the beginning, I believe he will order with us in bulk and we will work together successfully again.
